We accept returns and exchanges, and we give refunds, within 14 days of delivery. The hoodie must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached.
Every hoodie is a pre-order, made to order just for you. Production starts as soon as you order, so we handle returns, exchanges and refunds once your hoodie has been made, shipped and delivered to you.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact waldazz20@gmail.com with your order number and photos and we will help you put it right.
